Roy and Greg have been fantastic hosts. They were in touch in me sending all the details of the things to do around Gatlinburg weeks before we arrived. Just a day or 2 before we arrived, we received the check-in details which was easy and seamless. The cabin was extremely clean, well organized and equipped with everything a family needed for 4 days. Plenty of entertainment stuff in the house. Kids had a blast. I recommend future guests to follow the instructions Roy and Greg share about safety from the bears (locking cars at night, putting trash bags in bear proof trash etc.) because there are bears around.
The cabin has beautiful views of the mountains. There are 2 large balconies and plenty of chairs to just sit, relax and enjoy the amazing views. The house has latest appliances which is always nice. Roy and Greg always reached out to see if we needed anything or if we had questions.
This is an amazing vacation cabin in an excellent location and the most wonderful hosts.

this place was absolutely fantastic. my mom and i booked it last minute due to an issue with our original lodging and Roy was SO responsive. the chalet was the perfect size for the two of us, the couch was SUPER comfy, and the proximity to the parkway strip was our favorite part. definitely would recommend driving up the road so that you’re making a slight left into the driveway - a right turn was way too tight. would happily stay here again if we go back to gatlinburg! oh, and we saw bears from the back porch!

My family of 8 stayed here for a weekend summer trip. We had the best time, enjoying Gatlinburg and making memories all under one roof! I would definitely recommend this cabin.

We had a fantastic time at this cozy, well-stocked cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and the hosts were super thoughtful and responsive. We’d definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful, and the location made it easy to access Gatlinburg. Cabin was cozy and we felt right at home! We even had a bear check things out on the property the morning we left! Roy and Greg were excellent hosts and were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay again!

This cabin was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the location couldn’t have been better — just minutes from all the main attractions in Gatlinburg.
The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, spotless, and even more stunning in person than in the pictures. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, from the cozy living spaces to the peaceful outdoor areas. The game room was a total hit with the kids and kept them entertained for hours!
I’ve been to Gatlinburg six times, and I can confidently say this was by far the best cabin I’ve ever stayed in it’s not even close. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate. It made our trip unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be back!

My wife. 2 month old daughter, and I stayed here for a quick getaway. We loved it! It was a fantastic and central location to Gatlinburg and a quick drive to Smoky Mountain National Park for some hiking. We loved our stay and would happily return/recommend to friends/family.

Hi, it's a perfect place for family and friends.The place is in the perfect location near Gatlinburg, TN. Cabin is so good, as many as kitchen utensils to accommodate your guests. Awesome look from the patio. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub. Host was so responsive. I highly recommend the place. Thank You Roy !!

Roy’s place was great! The driveway was tricky, but that was mentioned in plenty of other reviews. It was just above the city. IF we’d had any desire to join mass chaos of Gatlinburg on the 4th of July, it would have been great! Fortunately, it was also VERY close to the cooler calm of the Smokey Mountain NP as well! Whichever destination your family might choose in the area, this was a great jumping off point!
