Cozy dwntwn chalet w/ mtn view GSMNP near Aquarium

My wife. 2 month old daughter, and I stayed here for a quick getaway. We loved it! It was a fantastic and central location to Gatlinburg and a quick drive to Smoky Mountain National Park for some hiking. We loved our stay and would happily return/recommend to friends/family.

Hi, it's a perfect place for family and friends.The place is in the perfect location near Gatlinburg, TN. Cabin is so good, as many as kitchen utensils to accommodate your guests. Awesome look from the patio. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub. Host was so responsive. I highly recommend the place. Thank You Roy !!

Roy’s place was great! The driveway was tricky, but that was mentioned in plenty of other reviews. It was just above the city. IF we’d had any desire to join mass chaos of Gatlinburg on the 4th of July, it would have been great! Fortunately, it was also VERY close to the cooler calm of the Smokey Mountain NP as well! Whichever destination your family might choose in the area, this was a great jumping off point!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of four for our trip to the smoky mountains. This place was so comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. There was $10 parking at the bottom of the hill to enjoy all of the downtown Gatlinburg area. We were 10 or so minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance. There was a peaceful porch with a great view of the mountains, comfortable beds, spacious living areas, full kitchen, and a hot tub. The driveway is quite steep but my husband was able to manage it several times. Highly recommend booking this place!

A very beautiful home, it was a little hard finding it when we first arrived because it’s a shared driveway. Once we found the house it was easy to get to! Gatlinburg was very beautiful and had so much to offer, we had a 2yr old and a 10yr old and not once was there something they could not do. The house was awesome, and the host was very responsive. I would stay there again!

Roy and hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our questions or issues!! They helped adjust the ac when we couldn’t figure out how to change the hold mode. We were in need of hangers and a fan as well as an air mattress and they went absolutely above and beyond by placing a Walmart order that was delivered same day! Even we’re able to accommodate an early check in! Our 11 person family trip for our girls dance competition was a huge success and so glad to have stayed here! Would definitely stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful place that's close to attractions but also elevated enough for great views and private getaway. Enough space for everyone to do their own thing or gather as a group on the veranda or in the game room. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days for a quick girls trip. The cabin was perfect! Great location close to the strip- the cabin was super clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. Roy and Greg were very responsive and responded quickly to any question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Roy & Greg were great hosts! They were incredibly hospitable and responded quickly. The location is super convenient to everything in Gatlinburg, while also being peaceful and private. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Lovely place. We enjoyed the view from the deck, the pool table, and hot tub! Hosts were responsive when we had questions. Being close to the bypass was ideal for National Park access. We had a great vacation here and would recommend this location! Thank you for the memories!!
