Just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park, this 4BR/3BA getaway features a game-packed basement with arcade machines, a pool table, and multiple TVs. Relax in the private hot tub overlooking the mountains or chill on the scenic balconies. With space, style, and fun for everyone, it’s the perfect retreat for families, friends, or a weekend of adventure and relaxation.

Good to know

The back deck overlooks the smoky mountains including the famous Mount LeConte and downtown Gatlinburg. The space is designed in order for you to enjoy your stay and give you all the comfortable items needed to cook at home! The cabin overlooks downtown Gatlinburg and National Park! PLEASE NOTE! There is FAST wifi available at the cabin & there is good cell service! PLEASE NOTE! The cabin is on newly refinished roadway with a manageable concrete driveway. It is located behind a red chalet, and is private. We do have lights positioned to assist you in the dark. Note: Please note this is a smoke free property. No parties allowed (even small groups) and no loud noise after 10pm to not disturb neighbors. No animals allowed as our family has severe animal allergies.

Other Details to Note

Most major cell phone companies get good service. For hiking search the web for "Hiking in the Smokys", recommend looking at our guidebook for personalized advice. All persons Must be 25 or older to stay here without a guardian! We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per. The cabin is in the woods you will see and hear critters. Tried and true weber charcoal grill outside. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and be asked to leave. No exceptions - family member has severe animal allergies! Thank you. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

No animals of any kind due to family allergy, this is a strictly animal free home. No parties, no events Have the app installed on your phone to receive messages No more than 4 cars, large trucks/suvs limited to 2-3. No trailers permitted. No more than 8 adults allowed. Total size is 12 but to accommodate children in bunk beds and pull out sofas.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay at this mountain cabin! The location was perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet only about 5 minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg and major attractions. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and more than comfortable for our family of 8. The game room was a huge hit and gave everyone something fun to do, and the layout of the house was ideal for both spending time together and relaxing. The host was wonderful and very responsive, which made the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly cabin in a great location, this place is absolutely perfect. We would 100% stay here again!

We went for a family Christmas adventure and it was everything we hoped for. Close to all the activities, but also great views. We ended up spending more time in the cabin than planned because of the weather, but it worked out amazingly with the hot tub and all the games in the lower level. it was the perfect get away!

We had such a great stay! Any question was responded to both quickly and helpfully. The location is perfect, allowing us to walk into town (and a great view from above of the city). The patio/porch areas were so nice, the hot tub being a great addition. A beautiful place to stay, especially to gather with a group of family/friends. We’ll be back!

Everything was great! Very clean, location is so close to downtown but at the same time you feel you are up on the mountains. The view is wonderful. Outdoor area is spacious and inside is very cozy and it has everything you need to spend quality time with family.
