It has a Large Deck, 2 king beds, hot tub, pool table, 4 TVs throughout, 55" RokuTV w/ Disney Plus in the living room... picture-perfect mountain views! Good to know

The back deck overlooks the smoky mountains including the famous Mount LeConte and downtown Gatlinburg. The space is designed in order for you to enjoy your stay and give you all the comfortable items needed to cook at home! The chalet cabin overlooks National Park! PLEASE NOTE! There is FAST 350 Meg wifi available at the cabin & there is good cell service! PLEASE NOTE! The cabin is on newly refinished roadway with a manageable concrete driveway. We do have lights positioned to assist you in the dark. Note: Please note this is a smoke free property. No parties allowed (even small groups) and no loud noise after 10pm to not disturb neighbors. No animals allowed as our family has severe animal allergies.

Other Details to Note

Most major cell phone companies get good service. For hiking search the web for "Hiking in the Smokys", recommend looking at our guidebook for personalized advice. All persons Must be 25 or older to stay here without a guardian! The chalet cabin sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids and/or 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per. The chalet cabin is in the woods you will see and hear critters. As with all chalet cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1. For the gas fireplace, all you need to do is turn white timer knob to start the fire. It will automatically turn off after 60 minutes. Occasionally, the pilot light will need to be lit when it is not on. We can provide instructions. Tried and true weber charcoal grill outside. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and be asked to leave. No exceptions - family member has severe animal allergies! Thank you. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

1 minute drive!!! to downtown Gatlinburg Parkway in the heart of downtown behind the Aquarium. This chalet has the most reviews of any cabin close to town! Gorgeous mountain views with close and far mountain range views of the Smokey's and beautiful trees around you. Tucked away in the trees, but with a beautiful skyline of downtown at night. There is an absolute amazing view, and you are only a 5 minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Please note this is a smoke free property. No parties allowed (even small groups) and no loud noise after 10pm to not disturb neighbors.

My wife. 2 month old daughter, and I stayed here for a quick getaway. We loved it! It was a fantastic and central location to Gatlinburg and a quick drive to Smoky Mountain National Park for some hiking. We loved our stay and would happily return/recommend to friends/family.

Roy’s place was great! The driveway was tricky, but that was mentioned in plenty of other reviews. It was just above the city. IF we’d had any desire to join mass chaos of Gatlinburg on the 4th of July, it would have been great! Fortunately, it was also VERY close to the cooler calm of the Smokey Mountain NP as well! Whichever destination your family might choose in the area, this was a great jumping off point!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of four for our trip to the smoky mountains. This place was so comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. There was $10 parking at the bottom of the hill to enjoy all of the downtown Gatlinburg area. We were 10 or so minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance. There was a peaceful porch with a great view of the mountains, comfortable beds, spacious living areas, full kitchen, and a hot tub. The driveway is quite steep but my husband was able to manage it several times. Highly recommend booking this place!

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days for a quick girls trip. The cabin was perfect! Great location close to the strip- the cabin was super clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. Roy and Greg were very responsive and responded quickly to any question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our short stay at Roy and Greg’s place. It was in close proximity to all the fun in Gatlinburg and a short drive into Pigeon Forge. We loved playing pool each night and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Such a cozy place in the mountains!

The hosts were very helpful and amazing with instructions and keeping contact. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. They were amazing hosts and they have a truly beautiful spot here with views that are absolutely stunning and more than worth the price. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Definitely will be booking again in the future!

The cabin we had booked got canceled the day of checking in due to heavy snow and no access. Thank God we found this beautiful cabin that was our home for the time being . We loved everything about it. My family and I created beautiful memories at this place and will definitely be back again in the future. The hosts were super nice and responsive all the time. No complaints at all about our stay. Loved the honesty and great values of the hosts as we left back home very early in the morning when it was still dark and my daughter left her nintendo switch at the cabin (kids lol). We did not even noticed and found out when we were contacted by the host notifying us about it being found by the cleaning crew. Immediately made shipping arrangements as we were driving back home hours away. Hosts themselves covered the handling fee and was more than fare charging us only the shipping cost. We are more than thankful for their kind gesture and understanding. God bless this cabin and their hosts!!

The house was amazing! Very quiet, but a short drive from downtown. Roy & Greg were very responsive and had clear instructions for check-in and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!
